Bardolino Chiaretto DOC



"Chiaretto Bardolino D.O.C." is made from the following grape varieties: Corvina veronese, Molinara, Rondinella. Maceration is at 10°C for a period of 8-20 hours and is then fermented at controlled temperature. Fining takes place over a period of 3-5 months.
