“Custoza D.O.C.” is easily identified by the elegant bottle bearing tis unmistakable label in form of a shield. This wine is obtained from specific grape varieties: Trebbiano, Garganega, Tocai, Cortese, Riesling. The wine making process involves brief maceration with the grape skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Fining takes place over a period of 3-5 months.
